Veryant Support service.
Customers enrolled in Veryant’s Annual Support Agreement are eligible to receive the latest version of the
software released by Veryant. If technical issues occur, Veryant will seek to fix these issues in a timely and
professional manner by creating a "patch" to be applied to the current version or to the new one.
In case technical issues occur in older versions than the current one, Veryant at its sole discretion, may
elect to provide an update to a more recent version as an alternative to fixing issues found in the earlier
releases and direct the customer to update to a more recent major release.
In any case, Veryant will not issue fixes or patches to software versions that have reached End of Life (EOL).
Veryant products lifecycle.
The level of support that Veryant provides throughout the lifecycle of the products depends on how long
the version has been released.
Veryant provides full support on the current major and minor version and on the 2 previous versions, for
example, if the current release is the 2024 R1 and R2, then full support will be provided on releases 2024, 2023 and
2022.
Veryant provides bug fixing just on the current major version and, if necessary, on the version immediately
prior to the current one, for example, if the current release is the 2024 R1 and R2, then, bug fixing will be provided
on releases 2024 and 2023 (if required by customer).
All the other versions, released prior the last version under support, have to be considered at the end of
their life; using the above example, all the versions older than 2021 have reached their EOL.
The below table shows the status of last 9 version of isCOBOL.
All the versions that do not appear in this table are to be considered deprecated.
c-treeRTG Enterprise version V2 (also known as version 11) and V3 (also known as version 12) are available and can be used with all currently supported isCOBOL versions.

* Veryant at its sole discretion, may elect to provide technical support. In case of technical issues that occur on these versions, Veryant can also take the decision to provide a patch on these old versions if the customer is willing to pay for this service or if the customer has in place a specific agreement that extends support and bug fixes also for EOL products.
